WHO IS THIS FOR?

Our coaching is designed for busy men and women who want to transform their physique and step into the strongest, most confident version of themselves. Whether you're juggling a busy work schedule, family time, social life, or just want a plan that fits into your life, this is for you. This is not a program for "quick fixes" or challenges.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We create a personalised training plan and nutrition plan based on your goals, schedule, and experience level all delivered through our custom coaching app. You’ll check in weekly with your coach, receive feedback, and get ongoing adjustments to keep you progressing. You’re not just given a plan you’re guided through it.

WHAT IF I'M NOT SEEING RESULTS?

We don’t do quick-fix programs, we coach for long-term, sustainable results. If progress slows or life gets in the way, we adapt your training, nutrition, or accountability approach to make sure you're always moving forward. If you commit, we’ll get you there.

IS NUTRITION INCLUDED?

Yes! Every coaching option includes nutrition support. This includes meal planning guidance, calorie or macro targets, flexible eating approaches, and options to adjustment based on your progress.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES OR LIMITATIONS?

That’s completely fine, your program is written around your body and your needs. Exercises can be modified, movement patterns adjusted, and volume scaled so you can still work toward your goals safely. If you're currently seeing a physio or health practitioner, we can align your program with their recommendations.

DO I HAVE TO TRAIN IN-PERSON?

No, you can choose online coaching only, in-person sessions, or a combination depending on what suits you. Many clients choose online or hybrid (ask your coach about this special offer) because it gives them structure, support, and results without needing to lock in a weekly time.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?

Your plan is built around your lifestyle and schedule, most of our clients train 3–4 days per week. You don’t need to live in the gym to get results.

WHAT IF I'M A BEGINNER?

Beginners are welcome! We meet you at your current level and build up strength, skill, and confidence over time.

WHAT IF I ALREADY TRAIN AND I'M NOT SEEING RESULTS?

We see this often when we onboard new clients, most people train hard (which is actually the easy part) but without the right plan so their results and energy levels go down hill fast. We optimise volume, progression, and nutrition so you’re not just working hard, you’re actually progressing.

DO I HAVE TO TRACK CALORIES TO SEE RESULTS?

Only if it aligns with your personality, eating habits and goals, which will be determined by you and your coach. If you hate tracking, we use habits-based nutrition, plate method, or portion guidelines instead to achieve your desired results.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK DO I NEED TO TRAIN?

Your plan is built around your lifestyle — most clients train 2–4 days per week. You don’t need to live in the gym to get results.

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?

Most clients notice changes in strength, energy, confidence, and physique by week 4–6 — with bigger transformations around 12+ weeks depending on consistency.

Our passion for health, performance and transformation runs deep. With a background in Exercise and Sport Science, Sports Nutrition, and years of strength and conditioning experience, we combine evidence-based training with real-world coaching to help busy professionals build their dream physique.

From competing in bodybuilding to falling in love with the discipline of getting stronger, we’ve both experienced firsthand the physical and mental transformation that comes from committing to the process. We specialise in helping people lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, improve performance and gain the confidence that comes from taking control of their health.
